Erich E. Hornbach, M.D.
Dr. Hornbach is a graduate of the University of Michigan
Medical School and the University of Michigan College
of Literature, Science and Arts.  He completed his
training at Rush Presbyterian, St. Luke's Medical Center
in Chicago, IL.  Dr. Hornbach completed a Fellowship in
Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the Philadelphia
Hand Center affiliated with Thomas Jefferson University,
Philadelphia, PA.  Dr. Hornbach practices general
orthopedics with a focus on hand and wrist surgery.  
Additional interests include acute care of tendon
injuries, distal radius fractures and wrist arthroscopy.  
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, and has a
Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the
Hand.  He is a diplomat of the American Board of
Orthopedic Surgery.  He is a fellow of the American
Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.  He is a member of
the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Dr. Hornbach is married and a father of two.  He enjoys
swimming and lifting weights at the MAC, sailing, deer
hunting and golfing.
